**Please note that Check-In Time is between 3pm & 6pm and Check-Out Time is at 12 noon. Kindly call 631-537-0878 to make arrangements if you expect to arrive after 6pm. 

Early Check-in Policy: Guests may check-in prior to 3pm for a $50+tax additional fee.

Late Check-out Policy: Guests that check-out after 12 noon will be charged $50+tax fee. Plus $100+tax for each additional hour.

Early Departure Policy: Guests who depart earlier than their check-out date will not receive a refund.

Parking Policy: Parking is complimentary for all hotel guests. *Oversize vehicles will be subject to paying a $50+tax parking fee per day per vehicle.

Property and Cancellation: Our cancellation policy for Standard Rates is as follows:
For any changes or cancellations made less than fourteen(14) days in advance (3PM), your 50% non-refundable deposit will be considered the cancellation fee. For any changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a full 100% charge for room, taxes and fees. Our cancellation policy is stated on our website as well as the confirmation email you will receive upon booking.

Smoking Policy: NO SMOKING: This hotel is 100% smoke-free and does not allow cigarette smoke or any other vapor-producing product in our hotel. If there is physical evidence, smell of smoke, or other smoke-producing products found in the guest room during the stay or after guest check out, guests will be liable for a $250+tax penalty fee. Additional fines may be imposed on the guest by the local authorities should the fire alarm be triggered from your room.

Pet Policy: Dogs and cats are allowed in designated rooms only, and arrangements to secure a Pet-Friendly room must be arranged with the property directly. Pet-Friendly accommodations will not be guaranteed without direct conversation with the property. Two pets per room max, under 50 lbs. A Non-Refundable $75+tax Pet Fee will apply to the reservation. In the unlikely event that one of our visiting pets disrupts other guests staying at the hotel, we do require the pet owners to be removed or stay with their pet to prevent any further disturbance.

Amenity Fee: There is a $35 per night amenity fee from May 1st to Oct 1st. 

Personal Items: This hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewels, or other valuables. The Hotel is not responsible for contents left in your room or vehicle on property. The property is not responsible for unclaimed items after more than 14 days from the date it was turned in.

Hotel Property: You will be held liable for any items missing from the room after your departure.
You will be held personally liable for any damage to the room and charges incurred thereafter.

Booking Confirmation: Must be 21 yrs. or older. You are required to provide a valid form of identification and a major credit card to hold the full amount of your stay’s expected room and tax charges.
